Marketing An Innovative Urban Development

Waterline Square represents a new approach to city living. Nestled between Central Park and the Hudson River, in the area where midtown meets the upper west side, this highly anticipated GID Development residential project offers waterfront living with a focus on lifestyle and nature. Three condo buildings, each designed by a leading architect, are anchored by a new park spanning nearly 3 acres. Working alongside our friends at Noë & Associates our challenge was to create a digital home for Waterline Square that would market the overall development while showing the unique features of each building.

Immediate impact

The site opens with video renders of the three buildings, inviting the site visitor to explore the property.

Three unique buildings

One of our challenges was the very nature of the development – three buildings and one park within one brand. How do we tell the story of the developer’s vision without missing any details?

We developed three distinct sections for the residences, one for each building, all interlinked through the main Waterline Square brand.

Lively content

The digital experience is rich with content.

Swipe through crystal-clear renderings, watch videos, and scroll down pages to load animated text.

Amenities you want

The Waterline Club has state of the art facilities shared by residents from all three buildings.

These rare and special amenities are highlighted in their own Amenities section, with property-specific amenities aggregated into each building page and organized by category.

After swiping through these amenities, it’s hard to imagine how you ever lived without them.

Seamless translation across screens

We paid attention to every detail when designing and building for mobile and tablet, ensuring that special moments would translate perfectly onto smaller screens.

Everything from the auto-play videos to page load animations render quickly and precisely across every device.
