On a prominent corner in Milan’s bustling shopping district, 59 Corso Buenos Aires is a retail space devoted to being seen. While on the upper floors, Corti Segrete are luxury apartments boasting privacy with amenities like their secret namesake courtyards. Together this six story mixed use space by Meyer Bergman is far more than meets the eye.
K&P was assigned with naming and branding both properties, as well as designing collateral and launching the websites.

The brand creates a narrative in the balance of what is bold and upfront, and what is hidden, waiting to be revealed. Our wordmark is a stacked perspective interpretation of the corner view of the building. Our symbol alludes to both mystery and access. Typography and photography are layered in intriguing ways, offering moments where more is revealed.
